Exist at least three ways to grow a company which has proven to be the most efficient. Of course it should be consider the company capability  and apply any of them. But they are explained below.

4 - Franchise: This method is widely used especially for the transnational expansion and is a way to get the resources, it needs to cope with the company  expansion. The franchiser  undertakes gives the franchisee to offer a working methodology and methods that have worked. Franchisees have the guarantee of having to work with a lesser degree of uncertainty because it has the support of the trademark owner.
